Therapy for You is a primary care service included within the Department of Health’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) initiative and provides help, support and understanding to anyone over the age of 18 years who may be suffering from a mental health problem and living in the South Essex area.

Referrals for assessment can come from a GP, a carer, family member or individuals can self-refer.
