The Learning Centre (TLC Romford) LTD is an independent day service specifically available to adults with learning disabilities, offering a wide range of life skills sessions as well as subjects of interest. TLC has been operating for over ten years and has experienced staff from both education and the care sector.

They offer nationally accredited courses ASDAN (Award Scheme Development Accreditation Network) and non-accredited courses, which allows students to work at their own pace to reach their potential both individually and within group work such as gardening, computer skills, photography, drama, music, cookery, arts and crafts.

Services can be accessed by Direct Payments, Individual Budgets or through private funding.
