Michael Palin Centre for Stammering Children is staffed by a team of specialist speech and language therapists and offers a free assessment service for children from all parts of the UK. Funding for treatment is arranged through the NHS. Children and young adults aged 2 to 18 years may be referred to the Centre by their local speech and language therapist.
