Healthy 4 Life Football – Witham provides football opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder who live in Colchester, Tendring, Witham and Braintree areas.

Weekly coaching sessions are held in Witham on a Wednesday from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, Astroturf pitch at Bramston Sports Ground.

The aims of the football project are to help vulnerable people realise their potential, develop personal skills, and improve on compliance, assertiveness and confidence.
