Disability Service Centre – GOV.UK is an advice service for information about existing claims for Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment.

You can apply for a DLA claim pack for a child under 16 on this number, or an interactive claim pack can be completed online. The helpline is open from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday.

The Personal Independence Payment helpline is on 0800 121 4433, or to claim PIP for the first time call 0800 917 2222 from 8am to 5pm on Monday to Friday.
