This early intervention service is based in Essex, Southend and Thurrock.

They offer in-person or online support to children and young people of all ages living in Essex and parts of London.

The service can work with schools, professional settings or individuals. Parents can also directly self-refer.

Evolve Intervention practitioners build positive, effective relationships in all aspects of intervention. They support children, young people, and families, to build their own resilience and skill-set to overcome whatever obstacle they are facing. They are able to adapt their approach to suit the needs of those they are working with, and personalise their mentoring, coaching, group work, and tuition to achieve the best outcomes.

The professionals at Evolve Intervention are highly experienced practitioners with backgrounds in education, SEND, behaviour management, social care, child and adolescent mental health and multi-agency working.
