Ability B4 Disability – AB4D
AB4D is an Essex-wide project which provides a platform for people with Learning Disabilities and or Autism and their families to ensure their voice and views are heard through participation, co-production and collaboration.
Overview
AB4D is an Essex wide service delivered by SUMMIT and BATIAS in partnership with Essex County Council.
AB4D is designed in collaboration with adults with a Learning Disability and Autism, their families and carers.
AB4D facilitates groups and events across the county of Essex for adults with an experience of learning disability, providing a platform where individuals can socialise and meet new people, learn new skills, share their experience of their local community, speak up about local issues and find innovative ways of solving them together.
