Education Advocacy works with the parents of children and young people with special education needs (SEN), from 0 to 25, to obtain an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP), that is accurate, specific, detailed, quantified and lawful.

Overview

Education Advocacy’s services for parents of children with special educational needs cover the full range of educational legal issues such as advice on the legal background of a case, preparation, negotiation and representation before a LA Panel or a Tribunal in the following areas:
