The SNAP Centre will be closed for services and helpline support from 4.00pm on Thursday 19th December and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2025 at 9.00am.

If you need advice, information or support over the holidays please click the following links to National Helplines:

Family Lives National Helpline will be open over the Christmas period on 0808 800 2222.
